Barnabas C & C exists to aid young men in achieving spiritual healing, empowerment, and God-given visions in their current life seasons.

What we do

Barnabas C & C has Two areas of service:

  1. Coaching & Mentoring:

We coach & mentor young men to dream bigger and vision clearer. We will achieve this through spiritual formation, mental health insight, mentoring companionship, and discipling communities

2. Consultation & Support

We provide consultation and support to the future generations of Christian pastors & ministers through mentorship, consultation, regional support groups, and soul care events.

Our Services

  • Young men need help in overcoming obstacles, clarifying God-given visions, and forming authentic companions in life. We will achieve this through intimate working relationships with a designated mentor for the registered individuals.

  • Many young pastors feel stagnant, isolated, tired, and confused in their ministry calling. We will support your calling and walk with you to build the Kingdom of God through support groups, individual consultations, and “Mt. Horeb” soul care retreats.

  • We can only be committed to your growth as much as you are committed! Entering into a mentoring relationship will require your motivation and resilience to fully experience its benefits. All mentoring relationships will require a minimum of 6-months with weekly meetings.

  • Barnabas C & C focuses in serving young men & young pastors in metro Atlanta.

  • Men: Weekly Meetings with a mentor/coach

    Pastors: Monthly meetings with pastoral cohort, monthly consultation with an assigned mentor, attendance to semi-annual Mt.Horeb retreats (September & February)

  • For Mentoring cohorts, there is no fee involved. However, a part of spiritual formation is to give freely & generously. We require individuals to give to churches, charities, and other Christian organizations as they progress. If you’ve been blessed by Barnabas C & C, please consider giving.

    For Pastors, only Mt.Horeb retreats will require a registration fee. We recommend partnering with your local church raise support. For those in financial needs, scholarship will be available.
